What this service is

This is a Georgia probate concierge service that helps families understand their probate situation without the legalese and connects them with vetted Georgia probate attorneys. We are not a law firm. We do not give legal advice. We do not represent you in any legal matter.

No attorney-client relationship

Calling us, emailing us, or otherwise contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship. Communications with us are not protected by attorney-client privilege.

Educational content

Content on this website is for general educational purposes only. Georgia probate law is fact-specific. Do not rely on anything you read here as legal advice for your situation. Talk to a Georgia attorney for that.

Attorney referrals

We refer families to Georgia probate attorneys we have vetted and have business relationships with. See our Disclaimer for how those relationships work.

Use of the site

Don't scrape, abuse, or attempt to disrupt this site. We may revoke access to anyone misusing the service. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updates.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by Georgia law, this service is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. Our maximum liability for any claim is $100.
