The short version
This website does not collect, store, or share information about you. There's no intake form, no newsletter signup, no contact-form- to-CRM, no chatbot. When you reach out, you reach a real person directly — by phone or by email.
What this site does collect
Basic visit analytics through Vercel Analytics: page views, country, device type, referrer. These are aggregated and anonymous — they don't identify you personally. We use them to understand which pages help and which don't. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or session-replay tools.
What happens when you call or email
When you call the number on this site, you reach our phone. When you email the address on this site, it forwards to our inbox. From that point forward, what you share is between you and us — same as any conversation with a human, not stored in any database we operate.
What we do with what you share on a call
If we end up referring you to a Georgia probate attorney, we'll share the relevant details with that attorney — with your consent — so you don't have to re-explain everything. Otherwise, your information stays with us. We do not sell or share your information with lead aggregators, cash-buyer lists, or marketers.
A reminder
This service is not a law firm. Sharing information with us — on the phone, by email, or otherwise — is not the same as sharing it with your attorney, and is not protected by attorney-client privilege.
