About

We work alongside Georgia families through probate.

A concierge service for families across Georgia whose loved one left a house behind. We guide the family through what comes next, and we match them with a vetted Georgia probate attorney who fits their situation, county, and budget.

What we do

When a parent, spouse, or relative passes and leaves a home in their name, the path to settling the estate is rarely obvious. We sit between the family and the legal process — translating, coordinating, and keeping things moving so months don't turn into years.

Every engagement starts with a free 15-minute consultation. We understand the family's situation — who the heirs are, whether there's a will, what the house looks like, what everyone wants to happen — and we lay out the practical next steps. From there, we match the family with a Georgia probate attorney and remain alongside them through filing, court timelines, and the eventual disposition of the property.

The Georgia probate attorney network

We maintain a vetted network of Georgia probate attorneys covering Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb, Gwinnett, Clayton, Henry, Fayette, Douglas, Rockdale, and Newton counties, with additional coverage statewide as needed.

Each attorney in the network is screened on three things: demonstrated probate experience, plain-spoken communication with non-lawyers, and fair, predictable fee structures. Families never pay us to be referred to an attorney — the partnership is structured as a flat-fee marketing arrangement, in compliance with Georgia State Bar Rule 7.2.

How families work with us

  1. 1

    A free 15-minute consultation.

The family calls or emails. We listen, ask the right questions, and lay out the realistic next steps for their situation.

  2. 2

    A written plan.

We send a short, jargon-free summary of what we discussed, including a recommended attorney match and an estimated cost and timeline.

  3. 3

    An attorney introduction.

We introduce the family to a probate attorney from our Georgia network, brief the attorney on the situation in advance, and remain available to the family throughout the process.

What we are not

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. We are not a real estate brokerage, and we never pressure families to sell. Communications with us are not protected by attorney-client privilege; those protections begin once the family engages an attorney directly.
